Simpli Independent was established due to Simpli Mortgages becoming so successful over a period of 2 years. Simpli Mortgages has written over 750 mortgages mainly for clients based in South Yorkshire and the north of England. With many of these clients asking if we could also organise their pension and investments we saw the need for a expert financial advice arm.
Our Team
Raj Shah
Raj is the Director of Simpli Independent and has over 10 years experience in the industry. He has previously served as a Stockbroker and Independent Adviser and can be seen advising readers of various national newspapers, including the Telegraph and Independent.
Along with a love for the finer things in life (Modern Art, Theatre and foreign travel) Raj is a keen linguist and squash player – why not challenge him to a game!
Mark Sleeman
Another graduate of Sheffield University, Mark is one of our Independent Financial Advisers. Before becoming a Financial Adviser Mark worked in Endowment Mortgage complaints and as a Bulgarian Mortgage Consultant. He holds the Cert PFS qualification along with a recent AS Level in French.
As well as being a qualified ski instructor and a mountain leader, Mark is keen on anything outdoors and is often to be seen walking in the Peak District, running round London in a Gorilla suit or mountaineering in Scotland. Just ask him what his next challenge is!
